包饺子英语日记
今天中午回到家,看见妈妈在茶几上已经摆好了水、一大块揉好的面团、一大盆剁好的肉馅,我知道老妈要包饺子了我心乐开了花,这下可以大显身手了。(因为看老妈平时包饺子很轻松,所以认为包饺子很容易)。

我们开始包饺子了,只见妈妈一手拿擀面杖,横擀一下、竖擀一下,然后转动着皮擀,转眼间就擀好了一个中间厚,两边薄的饺子皮。然后,妈妈手把手的教我包:首先在饺子皮边上沾点水,然后在中间加上肉馅,最后用右手的'食指和大拇指把饺子的边缘对叠捏出一个个像厨师帽一样的花边,一个饺子就包成了。

开始,我包的“四不像”,一会儿“大肚将军”,一会儿“小扁豆”。慢慢地,我失去了信心。妈妈连忙鼓励我:“不要着急,万事开头难,多包包就好了。”于是我重新鼓起信心包饺子,慢慢地我包的也越来越好了。
